Its easy......!
Thats the main thing to remember!
We hope this will be a useful tool for Crossing Borders Projects in different cities to use. It will give us chance to swop information about what is working well as well as sharing resources.
It is also a space for the projects and campaigns officers on the national commitee to share the resources they are collecting which will benefit us all!
pbwiki works much better if you use Mozilla Firefox to edit pages, i know if people are using this from a university site your university won't be happy with you downloading onto their computors, but if you are using your own, here is the site to download firefox on: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
If you are using university computors and can't edit, send Gem your info and she will put it on your page for you
- To edit a page, click on the page you want and click the edit box on the left of the page.
- Once your editing, its like a word document to use, with buttons at the top to attatch files, insert images, make graphs(if you want to?!) etc.
- ALWAYS remember to click save(it has caught me out a few times!)and if you delete something by accident (as i have also done!) right click on your mouse to find the undo option! Before starting to edit your page, it is useful to save all existing information in a word document or something as if it does all get lost, you at least have the stufff you started with!
- And, any problems, email Gem: gemma.barrow@ student.manchester.ac.uk
